After a concert dry spell at the beginning of 2026, I finally made it out to a show at one of Pittsburgh’s coolest venues-The Bottlerocket Social Hall. It was a Wednesday night, and I arrived to a packed venue of Jordana fans.

Bedroom pop artist Jordana came to our city on March 18, 2026 while touring with her latest EP Jordanaland. Jordana says the project is “an escape from Americaland.” Basically, it is her utopian version of the world. She goes on to describe it as “…an oasis from the chaos, where tampons are free, everything is easy, and Luther Vandross is vice president.”

The show was filled with floaty indie-pop sounds with a touch of 80s synth. Jordana’s vocals were pristine, with her backing vocal tracks adding amazing depth to each song. She used a lot of vocal doubling, creating the same sensation you get listening to the EP with headphones in.
While Jordana is an amazing performer, having a seamless band behind you levels up the whole thing. The set was practically muscle memory; they honestly made it look easy.

Mads and I have seen Jordana before, when she was touring with Wallows as their opener for the Tell Me That Its Over Tour in 2022. She caught my attention and I’ve been listening to her stuff here and there since then.
Now that I’ve seen her headline a show, her discography has been on repeat.

I definitely think you should check this artist out. If you don’t know Jordana’s music, but want to get started listening, here are some of my recommendations:
- “Burning Me Down” Jordanaland
- “Anything For You” Lively Premonition
- “Summer’s Over” Summer’s Over with TV Girl
